I have walked into this shop a few times, but unfortunately, I only faced disappointment. Every time I went, they completely ignored me. I waited a few times, yet customers who came after me were served first. This happened to me three times. Each time, I ended up going to another store where they explained everything well. In this shop, however, the customer service was very poor and disappointing. When I addressed this at the counter, the staff didn’t even apologize. Awsome store...friendly staff.
Do not go to this store. The service is absolutely terrible. We waited more than an hour and a half and no one even looked at us to try on three kids pairs of soccer boots.. One of the young girls was serving someone right next to us. We waited for her to finish. Her friend walked in to the store and she walked off talking to them and started serving them.
