What a difference a day makes and also the service you get from Rebel Albury team members Visited the store recently and was served by Sebastian very helpful and friendly service shown by a dedicated employee On the other hand a few days later was served by Corinne. Found her to be rude, unhelpful and not prepared to assist while she was chatting with another team member I feel it appropriate to name and shame if you don’t get the appropriate acceptable service expected of store staff. Went to get shoes for my son and the sales person Isabelle was fantastic. Very helpful. Front of house sales woman was also fantastic. Such a pleasure to shop when you receive customer service like this

Got to say the staff really are not interested in helping. Midday Friday and minimal customers in store. Looking at shoes and staff member asked if I was ok . I asked if they had particular shoes. She said this is what we have with a sweep of her arm and walked away. As a regular customer there I felt I may as well buy online. I like to support local but can’t support a business that performs poorly. Athletes Foot here I come.
