Customer service doesn’t exist, found Corrine at the front counter to be rude and disinterested. Went down the road to intersport and immediately met with helpful and positive staff.
What a difference a day makes and also the service you get from Rebel Albury team members Visited the store recently and was served by Sebastian very helpful and friendly service shown by a dedicated employee On the other hand a few days later was served by Corinne. Found her to be rude, unhelpful and not prepared to assist while she was chatting with another team member I feel it appropriate to name and shame if you don’t get the appropriate acceptable service expected of store staff.
