Anyone wanting to buy shoes from Rebel Sports Albury and wanting excellent service, ask for Sam, we highly recommend him, very friendly and helpful.
I have walked into this shop a few times, but unfortunately, I only faced disappointment. Every time I went, they completely ignored me. I waited a few times, yet customers who came after me were served first. This happened to me three times. Each time, I ended up going to another store where they explained everything well. In this shop, however, the customer service was very poor and disappointing. When I addressed this at the counter, the staff didn’t even apologize.
