I was fortunate enough to have been approached by the lovely staff member Lucy at the Willow's store. She immediately greeted us and helped me source out a limited edition cowboys jersey from a different store. Her customer service was the best I had experienced in a long time. Please look after this staff member as she brings amazing value to your business. Will definitely be seeking her out next time I am in store. Lucy, keep up the great work !
As an employee for the same company (not the same brand though), I was appalled by the lack of customer service I experienced. I came in after my shift to get new running shoes and the staff seemed uninterested in serving me, took 20 mins to be served. I was after a specific shoe and the lady apparently checked out the back for them but couldn’t find them. Her pod said 2 in stock so I asked where they were and she said I don’t know.
