Needs improvement w customer service. Came to exchange shoe size - instead of someone assisting me to do this when I went to the counter I was sent to the footwear section to get a staff member there (it was totally empty not a staff member to be seen) to get the new size which felt like being on a goose chase. I had to walk around to find someone to assist me. Sacha was rude and could work on customer service.
Rebel was good but they could do with a wider range of options for soccer things. They have good customer service. Things are a bit expensive.
Management should look at training staff to recognise when there are many people in line to pay so they can prioritise putting though sales instead of flirting or engaging in extended conversations. There was maybe 2-3 people in front of me and it took 15-20 mins. Not every customer needs or wants a 10 min conversation.
Very helpful staff and an honestly massive store you could get lost in, in a good way. Staff members were knowledgeable and set me up with some excellent UA and Sting gear I'll be training with in future. Their expertise reflects well on all Rebel.
