’m extremely disappointed with the customer service. I called with a very simple request: to leave a note on my order saying I would come pick up the shoes next Friday and not to cancel the order. But no matter how I explained, they just kept repeating the same scripted response — that they would call me on the due date, and if I didn’t respond, the order would be canceled. One of the worst experiences ever with a Rebel store. Needed shoe sizes so with no staff to be seen around went and found a staff. Asked her if she could get me sizes for the shoes. She obviously can’t help and said she will send someone. Waited nearly 15 mins and no one showed up. Then walked around for 5 mins looking for someone and then found a person who was helpful but he was the only one serving customers on that whole section/floor!
