Wanted to exchange a hoodie like for like because it shrunk $ 50 difference,very unsympathetic, it was like going to magistrate courts, no good faith, just arrogance, sticking to store policy, never again, 2 staff members 2 managers never AGAIN!
Came today for the new coins. Manager was extremely rude went to Geelong (town) and they were so much nicer and no attitude.
Hardly anybody working in store - impossible to buy shoes given they're all "out the back". Hopeless, had to walk out.
I never write reviews, but I had to come on and share my experience at Rebel today. Went in 10 minutes before closing and was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly team member by the name of Jordan with truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had. His expertise blew me away, and he was extremely patient and thorough with his explanations. I did not feel rushed one single bit even with time constraints. Love your work, Jordan!
