I went to the Waurn Ponds store to purchase an exercise bike. I stood there for well over 15 minutes in very close proximity to a man in a rebel sport uniform. He proceeded to ignore me and continue having a conversation with someone about his real estate and sub-division. When I approached another person they said he is the store manager and responsible for management of sales of equipment. He continued to ignore me so I left without purchasing anything! Will not be purchasing from here again!
Went in to buy kids runners.... staff were very young, obviously had trouble finding stock out the back as we waited for 25 mins with no service what so ever. We stood waiting and waiting and in the end we walked out with a number of other customers as well. This is not the first time it has happened either! They never have enough staff on, particularly in the shoe section.
The range of table tennis bats was very limited with only 2 options available
