I had the BEST experience at Rebel sports Eastgardens today. I have very problematic feet for a female as they are very wide. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that served me but he was one of the most helpful person I have ever experienced in assisting me with appropriate trainers for my feet. I mentioned to him that I typically go to all the shops get upset that nothing fits me and go home. He said that won’t happen today. I always have to buy men’s shoes owing to the wildness of my feet. On Sunday, I've had an amazing experience at Rebel thanks to the outstanding service from Adam and Leo. I had to ask about their names because both were incredibly helpful, genuinely understood my needs, and went above and beyond to make sure I leave the store happy with my purchase. The management of this store and the support by the stuff definitely encourage anyone to conside returning in the future. Great service like this truly sets a store apart. Highly recommend visiting this well managed store!
We walked into Rebel Eastgardens ready to buy 2 pairs of Nike shoes for our girls and the service was nothing short of horrendous. We waited for 10 minutes looking at the staff who didn’t bother to even acknowledge us while we were waiting.. 2 guys looking very disinterested,and a blonde girl walking up and down the store.. We ended up walking out.. Will never shop there again!
