I had struggled for years with headaches and extreme tension in my shoulders and upper back. Rebecka has been wonderful not only working on the muscles but in guiding me on how the muscle systems work together and in what I can do outside of the massage to help reduce muscle tension. She is a joyful spirit and is masterful at what she does!

I've used Rebecka as my midwife for my past 3 births. She is laid-back, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive during prenatal visits. At the birth, she is a calm, reassuring presence amidst the many swirling emotions of the laboring woman! I feel confident that she knows what's safe and best should there be any sort of emergency. We say we're done having children...but if we change our mind, I'll certainly use Rebecka again!

I've been going to see Rebecka for over a year. I know without a doubt that my tight muscles will be relaxed to the max. I am addicted to the great feeling that I receive from my time. Lifting weights can over work our muscles but with Rebecka I feel like a new person. Highly recommend.
