Always liked this tax preparer. Paid $200 for years to get taxes done and 1 time I ask for a copy of a return and it’s $25? Highway robbery! Goes to show you how good clients are treated! Won’t recommend this tax preparer!!
No communication. Reception is pathetic. A month is pretty long to wait to than get the run around by the front desk lying to you.

I have been going to Rebecca for years and could not be happier with the service I received.
I have had my personal taxes done with this service for about 6 years and my LLC taxes for three years. I received a letter on February 5th 2026 that they would no longer support completing my taxes. I'm fine with the fact that they can longer support but I am not fine with receiving no notice and no electronic files. I'm shocked at how they are treating long term customers. I would not recommend anyone doing business with the company.
