The owner is unprofessional and cannot handle answering any questions. Completely rude and disrespectful. The owner cannot take any criticism and sees any questions as a personal attack. She attacked my family’s characters and insulted them all because they had asked to go over the files with her.
I would not recommend anyone to go here. I filed my 2023 taxed with these people and whatever you hey did, my taxes was flagged by the IRS. I called them numerous times for advice or just simply help but all I got was attitude and unprofessional behavior. To add to the injury, I have hung upon numerous times. Completely unprofessional. My advice, you're probably better off filing with H&R Block.
