Very effective! I am a veteran of torn muscles and have a good idea of how long each injury will take to heal - if left untreated. I have noticed that with treatments from Rebecca I can get back onto the tennis court earlier than I would without treatment. Just recently a hamstring tweak that would most likely be 4 to 5 weeks off came good in 3 weeks. And yep I went back respectful of the tissue AND the fact that I am 62. ;-)
