Just had a great neck, shoulder and back massage from Rebecca — she focused on exactly where I needed it most and helped relieve a lot of tension. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be back.
Rebecca balanced massage, physiotherapy and osteopathy all into one session. Her careful and considered approach to my lower back disc situation left me walking on air as I left. She was very informative during the massage as to which muscles were showing signs of tightness and exercises that I could do to keep them in check. I will be returning. Thank you Rebecca!
