I was 5 min early to my appt, but Rebecca never showed up. It was a wasted 25- mile round trip.
I didn't learn anything I didn't already know. Too general and not specific to me guidance. One day of diet was evaluated which doesn't give a true representation of diet over time.
Rebecca Charlton was very informative. She had a lot of knowledge of my health problem. She gave me a lot of foods I can eat Rebecca cares for her patient's and is very kind. . I was very impressed with her..Would reccoment her to help with your health and nutrional needs.
