Called to get information and the lady that answered the phone was rude! I did not even get my reason for calling to ask about setting up a consultation before she cut me off saying No we don't handle that situation, which ok but no need to say NO so rudely and then when I asked if she had a recommendation she again just said No and hung up. NOT professional and it sounds to me like I dodged a bullet by not retaining this office!
