I celebrated my birthday with a massage and infrared sauna session and I had a wonderful and satisfying experience. The deep tissue massage with Bryony was honestly heaven, I felt really held and genuinely cared for. Thank you!
For 5 years Iv'e suffered from chronic hip pain. I have seen five orthapedic surgeons, the first said I need my hip replaced, the others have said that there is nothing wrong with the hip. Iv'e had three operations to repair torn tendons and bursas. Some have worked but the pain returns. I have been seeing Zara for about four week. She has almost solved my problem. Its early but the signs are very encouraging. I can highly recommend her and her staff, she is amazing
Zara and the team at Rebalance Wellness are absolutely amazing. I feel incredibly supported with every visit and Zara knows exactly what my body needs. I walk out of each session feeling calm, centred and physically capable. Maddie and the front of house team are always so welcoming and take a genuine interest in everyone who walks through the door. I am so glad to have discovered Rebalance. It is my safe haven and I honestly look forward to every visit.
Zara is fantastic. I have PD and, while the medical evidence is yet to catch up to electroaccupuncture (they're still on mice), it's a non pharmaceutical, non invasive treatment that helped. Yes, data point of one, but just saying...
