I highly recommend Rebalance. It is clear that Emma is very knowledgeable of her subject and also has the skills to provide the necessary treatment. I've had various treatments over the years and it was notable how quickly Emma understood my problems and got to work helping me. She was able to provide a deep muscle massage that works well for me. This high quality has continued with Sian. The treatment I've received means I no longer wake up in pain, which I'm extremely grateful for!
Don’t normal do reviews……but felt this is an absolute MUST to review Emma @ Rebalance studio. After a bad car crash 10 years ago where I sustained a spinal fracture, I’ve suffered with lower back pain on a daily basis, which is exacerbated by playing sport. Emma has delivered a very good service.My back feels much better ,less painfull and more subtle. She is gentle but firm applying massage and knowledgeable about her profession. I was provided with many exercises to support what we wanted to achieve. She provides a calm ,friendly experience and I would highly recommend sports pysio at Rebalance Studio Thankyou Emma x
Emma is a brilliant masseuse! I have really enjoyed my regular pregnancy massages with her. It is great being able to lay on my front while pregnant with the special pregnancy support kit. Also I love how Emma tailors each massage to focus on the area that needs attention and she has different tools she uses for specific massage techniques that make a real difference.
