I really appreciated the time Rachel took to check my posture and mobility and target the sports massage where I needed it the most. I felt so much better for the massage and less than 48hrs later I had one of the best runs I've had in ages - my legs felt really fresh and ready and raring for my next race. Would 100% recommend Rachel's expertise to any runner.
I've been having problems with my shoulder for a few months (not sport related) and contacted Rachel. Following my first massage my shoulder felt so much better much looser and the range of movement had increased. I am already planning my next massage and would definitely recommend Rachel. Sheila G
