As a birthday treat, I had the pleasure of having a full body 90 minute hot/cold stone massage with Rachel last week. It was absolute heaven! The set up at her house is great and really professional. You enter through a separate entrance. Before the massage Rachel took the time to explain everything before hand. The massage itself was fabulous. Would highly recommend Rachel. I have been going every 4 to 6 weeks since beginning of this year always feel better after going she's very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
I really appreciated the time Rachel took to check my posture and mobility and target the sports massage where I needed it the most. I felt so much better for the massage and less than 48hrs later I had one of the best runs I've had in ages - my legs felt really fresh and ready and raring for my next race. Would 100% recommend Rachel's expertise to any runner.
