I walk in we weren’t greeted at all but the manager was just staring the whole time so I said hello to her (blonde lady) I’m looking for a bag the whole time she was staring judging us!!! The manager needs more training on customer service and how to treat people like everyone else don’t support
I had such a great experience! Nathaniel made the whole process so smooth and was incredibly patient while showing me all the different bags I wanted to see. I ended up leaving with my dream bag, couldn’t be happier!
