I had a wonderful experience at this Rebag store in Cabazon outlets! The sales worker Adam had outstanding customer service, he was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient while he helped me buy this bag. He answered all of my questions and made buying the bag easy! My experience was delightful and enjoyable because of adam’s hilarious and friendly personality, going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Rebag is fortunate to have him someone as professional and commited a sales associate!
Don’t send items to Rebag. They reviewed my item, wouldn’t post it after the deadline and customer support is terrible. Asked for my item back and still didn’t receive it. It’s been over a month, I could have sold my item a long time ago but everything is just so slow!

I walk in we weren’t greeted at all but the manager was just staring the whole time so I said hello to her (blonde lady) I’m looking for a bag the whole time she was staring judging us!!! The manager needs more training on customer service and how to treat people like everyone else don’t support
