Rebag is completely overpriced for the quality/condition of the item you buy. I bought the Prada renylon backpack (medium) with no pouch, online for over $800. What I got was a used up smelly bag that was also missing the magnetic closure under the main flap. They never mentioned this in the description. Luckily returns was easy and I sent it back. I’ve had good experiences at the Columbus Ave “kiosk” located on the 2nd floor of the Shops at Columbus Circle. Worked with Lyndsey & Joe on my quotes to resell my luxury handbags. Very efficient-Joe is able to take photos / examine the handbags while working the small busy location but very steady shoppers. My quotes have all been very fair prices and I’ve enjoyed watching the activity and even chatting with the customers (they thought I worked there!!) Fun!
The guy running the little kiosk in the mall was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a refreshing change of pace from the snobbishness I get from other designer bag stores. He was genuinely kind and good spirited.
