Horrible customer service. The company is extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time trying to sell your luxury items with them, there is a lot of better companies out there that actually are willing to communicate with you on the process and be clear on their guidelines.

Dropped off my items over 1 month ago, and status never updated for over 1 month. Super hard to contact them and they don’t really want to resolve your issue. Finally I got an update. They low balled me by cutting the original offer to more than half of the original amount. I chose buy out as my option. It’s been delayed for more than 1 month, and now they decide to reduct the amount of an item from 1k + to less than $500. The item is in excellent condition and the reason they gave me is that it is different from the item th... read more

I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks, I've tried email, phone, text, chat and none have been seen or responded to. I'm owed close to $1.5k for something I consigned with them, it sold over a month ago and the sale is still sitting as "pending". I've never dealt with anything like this and feel sick knowing that I am owed quite a bit and there may be a chance I may never get it or get my original bag back. Listen to the other reviews here - DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING YOU OWN TO REBAG!!! I dropped off a bag to sell at the NYC SoHo location, and was told that I would get a payout in 3-4 business days. It was been A WHOLE MONTH with no update or communication. No one answers the phone, no one responds to texts or emails, and even your assigned SA will completely ignore you (looking at you, Chloe Whittington the SA). What a joke and scam of a company.
