Response to posted negative review: We are never rude nor do we hang up on people. Giving out your name to a lawyer goes beyond politeness and common courtesy. Lawyers are required by law to identify potential clients for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that lawyers are required by law to run a conflicts check (to check for any conflict of interest) to see if they are permitted to represent a certain individual. I called this location to ask a simple question. The man on the phone was so rude an when I wouldn't give my last name (didn't feel comfortable giving my info to a place ive never heard of) he hung up on me. Such bad customer service. Why would I pick this location to help me if you're gonna treat people like that.
