Do NOT go here!!! The first year was fine 2nd year has been a disaster! I received a penalty fee that is incurring interest because they said my taxes were filed late w no extension. According to them i filed in June but i went and had my taxes prepared in April and Julissa gave me the impression she efiled that same day! I have called several times her office, cell and written emails and no one has called or written me back. Its been over 2 months i have tried contacting them. I am filing a report w the BBB
