Super stingy realtor association. They won't let people park in their large parking-lot, close to many Santa FE events when the association is closed in the evenings and on Saturdays and Sundays. Events are part of what make Santa Fe desirable, and help realtors make a living.
The well being of the citizens of New Mexico is the last concern nmar has. They let realtors abuse the rights of citizens constantly.
The Staff at NMAR has always been very helpful and promptly addresses any known issues. The board works hard to serve the 7500+ members from all over the state of NM.
Where do I start, first of all no one answers a phone at NMAR. I have been using Skyslope for eight years. Now that the association has input in the program it is a mess.
