This review is for the business conduct of this skin clinic. I was only told that in order to book an appointment fora potential Thermage treatment, I need to put down a deposit of $500 through wire transfer, which I did. I was not aware of the existence of any deposit refund policy, nor did they attempt to directly disclose it, or reach a non-refundable agreementwith me. My experience with Realr and his staff has always been amazing!!!! So happy with the results I get with maggie. I have been seeing her for a little bit over a year now and she does an amazing job with my face. Always listened to what I want and gives professional advice. The place looks so clean and the people are extremely friendly!!!!
