Never become a member, very bad customer service. I have left Boston for a year and surprised yesterday for a change of 240 on my credit card, I had to call the bank and go through lengthy process to know it was this shop that scharged me an annual fee. I think it's very comfortable to make a face here. The M22 and ultrasonic knife that Nora made for me is more proficient and will occasionally ask me how I feel. I will continue to do it. I trust this store very much.

HUGE SCAM!!!!!STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR FACE!!!!! Owner is a complete fraud will take all your money and will not give you any results I went in for laser treatment and she kept trying to push me to do so many other expensive things and I found out from my friend that she does botched Botox and facial lifts illegally there. The board of health and cosmetology have gotten numerous complaints and they have been under investigation for years. I came in for a hydro facial and mentioned this was my first time. The hydro facial process felt extremely rushed with no explanation as to what was happening with the tools used until I asked, and gave me no warning when doing extractions. A majority of my appointment time was laying with a face mask. When I went to cash out, I explained to the receptionist I already paid via Groupon. Worst laser experience ever!! I have had at least 20 hair laser sessions over all my body. Results did not work. Hair grows back faster even though I have had multiple sessions in that treated area before and my hair always grows back slower each time. They did it ridiculously quick, too. Contacted them and was told to wait for a month to see results. I contacted after a month and received a total different response, they refused to solve.
