This shop is amazing. I was looking for a specific spare part that could not find in other shops. Ordered online on Sunday, got an email to clarify and help me pick the right part, shipped on Monday and received it on Tuesday. Courteous, highly professional and clearly knowledgeable, Rob has helped me beyond my expectation. Already placed another order for parts that have been looking for!

Rob is clearly as passionate as he is skilled, and he dropped off my bike today with it feeling better to ride than it did when new. I can't recommend his services enough.
Massive thanks to Rob for fixing my Kalkhoff display unit. Something I'd struggled to find due to age of bike. Fixed in an hour and very well priced. I have to say customer service was exemplary and I could have chatted with Rob all day. I travelled from Oxford, it was definitely worth the journey and wouldn't hesitate to call Rob again if my bike needs fixing. Legend, great to see an independent business doing things well and with pride.
I had a really positive experience using Really Useful Bikes for the first time to buy a new 'cafe' lock for my Babboe cargo bike. The lock I had ordered wasn't available, but Rob got in touch to offer me an even better model, which does the job perfectly. Rob takes a very personal, thoughtful approach to customer service which is a breath of fresh air in a world dominated by the likes of Amazon.
