Mitch was a very friendly and helpful adviser. He helped us out of an unsatisfactory loan arrangement, and found us a package that was a good fit for our circumstances. We were very happy with the service we received. We wouldn't hesitate to engage Mitch's services again.
We decided to refinance with a new lender. Mitch gave a very high level of service. He was patient with us whilst we swapped and changed our minds a few times. He was able to set us up with a loan from a lender that he normally has little to do with just to suit our needs. He didn't try to sell us a mortgage that would be easy for him.
