I have hired from realistic rentals about 3-4 times now and has always been a great experience. There was once an error with a repayment of the bond but that was quickly amended, no issues. Great price and always an easy time with realistic rentals.

Terrible service, booked a car for pick up at 2:30, email said to wait for confirmation to pick up, didn’t get a confirmation email until then was emailed at 3pm to ask when I was coming to pick the car up, the email wasn’t readable (attached below) I called 15 minutes later to say I can come in in 15 minutes but the person had already left. Ridiculously bad customer service. Completely unclear instructions and no options given other than a refund for the full four days. Would not recommend.

Saved our whole trip to the coromandel for a wedding at 4:30pm on a Thursday ! Easy and efficient to deal with. Clean and modern comfortable car and SUCH a good price. 12/10 would go out of my way to hire from these guys again

Great service with this rental car company. I had to get a rental car when my car was off the road due to an accident. The whole process was extremely easy and customer service was friendly and professional Highly recommend this company over the bigger rental car companies.
