Excellent information will recommend to anyone wanting to get into the business of real estate. Sherman really has the gift of teaching. He breaks a complicated subject down so that as Denzel W********* says, "even a 4 year old could understand". I've tried enough guru's to know that Sherman is the real deal. If you are new to Realinvestors or thinking about trying you wont be disappointed. My one advice if you do is "LISTEN TO WHAT SHERMAN SAYS DO!"
Love these guys! They are passionate about real estate investing, and teaching others how. Been a member for several years. They are the only local real estate group I have ever met that has their own building, and a dedicated support team 24/7 - no one else has this. I have been thru many of the training classes at Realinvestors Academy and have found that each has it merits. There is a host of knowledge that is gained and if you are a self-starter, as I am, this training gets you there quickly. If you need additional hand-holding, Realinvestors has multiple weekly sessions that will assist you in getting the confidence needed to motivate yourself. This is a Top-Notch training platform and I am a RAVING FAN!!!
If you enjoy being berated, take this course. I want to start by saying that the goal of this course is to get a real estate deal. We, as a team, did get a deal under our belt, and for that, I am eternally grateful. It all goes downhill from here... the 21 day course are video modules for each day. Each video module lasts for about 3 hours. The module is comprised of videos that you are advised to listen to daily.
