I enjoyed 2 massages with Alex, and I can highly recommend her practice! She created a very safe and relaxed atmosphere and really listened to me. I was especially impressed by the Active Release technique. After both treatments I felt balanced body and mindwise, and I'm struck by the longlasting effect of the treatment

It was my first massage with Alex. She is so knowledgeable and kind. Loved chatting with her in the session. She took time to understand the issue and history related to it. The heating pads and little pillows to keep shoulders straight for the support were so good. I am not going anywhere else going forward. She definitely has magic in her hands that I felt so rejuvenated after my session. Thank you Alex. You are amazing.
