This place is a total scam. Tried to book a reservation seconds later the booking was declined. No explanation. Nothing.
Been using RealCar a few times now when I need something bigger than my usual car. Always reliable - vehicles are well maintained and the team is straightforward to deal with. No drama, no surprises. That's all you really want from a rental company honestly. Good people running this place.
Rented an SUV from RealCar for a trip upstate with the family and it worked out great. Car was clean, had good space for our luggage, and the pickup in NYC was way easier than I expected. Staff was friendly and didn't try to upsell us on anything. Solid experience overall, would use them again.
