RealBeautifulYOU was exactly what I was looking for to add some wonderful mindfulness and movement to my weekend away. We hosted my baby shower here and it couldn't have been more perfect. The layout of the space gave us so many options to set up sitting/dining, food/drinks, welcome table/games, and photo op spots without ever feeling crowded. I have been coming to RBY for about a month . Very new to yoga . The space is beautiful, the environment is welcoming , the classes are small enough they do not feel so overwhelming for someone with anxiety. Rachel is an amazing instructor and all bodies are welcome. I have been a btk amputee since 8 months old . I was looking for somewhere to balance my body and mind.
