I love the yoga classes and everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
This is a wonderful place with people who are not just attending, they are like family. It is more than a yoga practice. Rachel makes it an experience. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love this studio! I take movement classes here and it’s the best! I really appreciate how diverse and welcoming this community is. Rachel is an absolute gem of a teacher and I also really enjoy taking classes with Emily and Sarah. The people who attend the classes are also great! I look forward to seeing them every time I come in. I couldn’t recommend it enough! ♥️

Rachel offers such a variety in yoga sessions and the space is so unique and beautiful. I booked a private yoga class for my friends and family to enjoy for my birthday and Rachel was very welcoming and create such a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone talked about the guided visual meditation she did for our session and for some it was their first time doing yoga and they love it! I also did her 6:00am Arise + Shine, great way to start your day! You also get to enjoy tea of your choice!
