Wish I could them a 0. My dad has missed 4 appts because they don't show up or they show up in a vehicle thats not able to transport him. They do not care. They should not be allowed to transport for medical appts.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Had an appointment in Gainesville for cataract pre-op and had the ride confirmed! Called this morning and found that there was nobody available! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MAKE IT TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS! YOU WON'T GET PICKED UP!
This company does not have accurate service. The driver told me that he'll be to pick me up in an hour, and it turn into 2hours and 11 minutes. The office staff is uncaring as well. The excuse was he was stuck in traffic. I was put in hold and was mistakenly merged in with the call. Didn't like what I heard. When they realize I was in the call, they hung up and never called me back. I will never utilize their service again! Do better, or close your company down.
This has been the worst transportation experience I’ve ever had. Since the beginning of June, the provider assigned through Access2Care has shown a complete lack of professionalism and common sense. They call at 4:00 AM to confirm a ride for a medical appointment that isn’t until 7:00 AM. If I don’t answer at that hour, they just don’t show up. No second call. No follow-up.
