Driver tried saying my doctors trip was canceled and I never canceled my ride he was an hour and I had to reschedule my appointment because he got me almost an hour late and then I had to wait over an hour for him to pick me back up so I filed an complaint to my insurance company and requested to never get that company ever again
This is the worst transport company I have ever seen. They have the most incompetent people working there. They are rude and irresponsible. They book transports and then cancel at the last minute and for some reason, it's your fault they cancelled. I wouldn't use these people since you probably will be waiting a very long time before anyone shows up. I've never seen a more worthless organization in my life. They suck!
They made me wait over 2 hours so the driver could go grocery shopping.... The vehicle is literally falling apart. I will do my best to post photos. The hatch in the back sounds like it will come open at any time. There is no way this vehicle could pass insp
No stars for them!! The vehicles are doo doo, they barely run, rattle, dirty and are severely dangerous to ride in. The drivers are rude and blast awful music so loud you can’t think. They left us stranded!!! You see the ratings here people…don’t give them business, they don’t deserve it. They don’t care about you.
