No stars for them!! The vehicles are doo doo, they barely run, rattle, dirty and are severely dangerous to ride in. The drivers are rude and blast awful music so loud you can’t think. They left us stranded!!! You see the ratings here people…don’t give them business, they don’t deserve it. They don’t care about you.
Real Time Transport are a dependable Medical Transportation Company. They are and have been top tier recommended for my family, friends, as well myself for almost three years now. Real Time Transport make sure that patients aren't handled or considered customers. Even if there's a distorted communication/ any delays by or before the end of the business day (on time) the issue is resolved. From the dispatchers to the drivers I expect amiable, considerate, and professionalism. Only endorsements towards Real Time Transport.
