Fundamentally Dishonest- Ordered furniture 4/25 under the "Quick Ship" program. After weeks of missed ship dates, I cancelled the order, which they confirmed. Patio Living then made repeated excuses about why they were not issuing a credit. I finally had to file a disputed charge claim with the credit card company to receive a refund. Had to wait 1 hr 45 min to talk to CS. This company is abusive to customers. Do not trust.
