I went in for a neck, shoulder and back massage and explained at the beginning that I have a sensitive back and asked for the pressure to be kept gentle. Unfortunately the therapist still applied very strong pressure and it became quite painful. I even mentioned the discomfort during the session but it didn’t seem to change much. I had the best experience with Sophia! The lymphatic massage was absolutely excellent and the detox facial made my sensitive skin feel clean and moisturised. Bianca was so good that I went back again the next day for another massage and some reflexology ☺️

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Real Nature Roseland. The staff is highly unprofessional and lacks basic skills. During my facial, the person removing blackheads was so rough, it felt like she was working on animal skin rather than human skin. She applied excessive pressure, causing my skin to bleed! This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially at a place that claims to offer skincare services.
