Still waiting for a reply on an order I made 2 months ago. Did not get a notice for pickup and did not get a response to my email inquiring about order. Will be looking into refund with my credit card provider.
I love Marilyn at Real Hip Clothing! She is very communicative, and has never missed a deadline for us. Been using Real Hip for all our hockey apparel needs for the past 12 years.
I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still have not received my order. The customer service is terrible and there is virtually no communication unless i constantly reach out to them... If i don't hear from them by days end i'll be cancelling my order through visa - i would NOT recommend this company
Good prices and quality, but we have sent 3 emails and they haven’t responded. They are known to be very unorganized, but they have always been responsive with emails. I’m starting to wonder if they have closed down
I started working for a hockey team as a camera person back in September 2024. To show support for the team, I ordered a team shirt and hat, but had to go through Real Hip. The service was horrible, as was the communication. I emailed to ask about the status of the order 2 weeks later, and the lady called me to say it was ready and asked to meet with me to deliver it.
