Great customer service! I love how they use real fruits to make their bubble tea( because it’s in the name).
Absolutely inhumane experience. I was extremely sick and in medical distress. I went into Real Fruit Bubble Tea asking for just a glass of water—it was an emergency. They told me they charge a dollar for water, which I didn’t have. I begged the staff and the manager to please help me, and they refused. When I asked to file a formal complaint or get the manager’s contact information, I was coldly told to call a generic “Help Line” and brushed off completely.
