I used Real Estate Lawyers.ca for my closing. This was the easiest and most convenient closing I have ever done. They were fast with their communication (via email) and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
I've used this firm almost a dozen times as a buyer and seller over many years. Used them again in July 2025, another well handled transaction by all parties involved; lawyer and clerk. Nice work!
We just purchased our first home and used Real Estate Lawyers completely virtually and I must admit I was quite impressed. I was skeptical initially, due to the lower cost I was worried this would affect the quality of the service, but it didn’t. Everything went very smoothly, Sabrina was helpful with answering my questions. Would definitely recommend.
Don't use these guys. Save yourself the hassle. First time I used them in 2023, everything went smoothly and quickly, no problems. Second time I used them in 2025, it was the most disorganized, poorly communicated, rush job I've ever seen. Just stay away. Too much of a gamble.
