I’ve worked with this company a couple times in the past 10 months. If you’re looking for them to do basic things and basically never speak to them, they’re great. If you’re wanting any type of customer service, or contact over and above 1 to 2 template emails and uploading a couple of documents, you might want to look elsewhere. This is the future of lawyers. This is the future of the world.

I had a very medium experience with Real Estate Lawyers.ca. They did everything I needed done for a very reasonable price so that was good, but they didn't communicate in a timely manner and didn't explain the process well. A perfect example of this is that I asked how to leave this review (as they offer a discount for leaving a review) and when I asked where to leave the review I was provided a link to their website home page. We just closed on our condo. The occupancy closing was smooth and the clerk was willing to assist us and explained things to us. The final closing was organized well. The firm shared the builder's info and gave us ample time to prepare for the funds. Layne even sent us a congratulatory message when everything was completed and provided us with copies of the paperwork. The payment was done online and commissioner came to our home to do the signing. Overall very happy with the process and it was convenient. Thank you.
