Would avoid at all costs. Our experience with Mark and his team was profoundly disappointing. After the initial review, Mark's communication was virtually nonexistent, compounded by the unresponsiveness and lack of knowledge of his clerks, Tea and Theresa. Key details and crucial information were withheld, such as an executed HVAC rental agreement that would be assigned to us. If you are busy and prefer to have email communications instead of phone calls, this is where you should go to. Email responses were quick and the zoom meeting for signing documents was handy.
