I got a missed call from this office and a text message asking me to give them a return call. I returned the call, but they could not find my information that I submitted yesterday via Nolo. I was asked about my traffic ticket and I informed the woman who answered my call that I had a real estate issue. I was told it was $100 just to start a file, then it would be $200 for a half hour consultation or $400 for an hour long consultation. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea about the ins and outs of a home purchase. I literally had no idea what fees and charges I would be responsible for and insurance and even if I needed it. I was referred to this firm through a friend and I am glad I was. They helped me understand everything I needed to know and made a process that was very hectic and confusing, very easy and quick. Not only were they very knowledgeable and helpful, their rates are very affordable. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

I bought a home in the area recently. It was a foreclosed home and I struggled to complete the sale by myself. I just didn't have the experience and I wanted it done right. These guys were recommended to me from a friend and I couldn't have been happier. They walked me through all the paperwork and more importantly let me know about any pitfalls or things that could cause problems in the future. They were courteous and more importantly really good at what they do.

They were nothing short of awesome to work with. Closing on the house worked great and everything was nice and quick. Whenever I had questions I had someone to speak to. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Closing on a house is very stressful but these guys made it very easy. We finally were approved for loan and were ready for closing and were worried there would be more delay. There was not. They did it on time and when it was set. Everything was done great and we are homeowners. The price was great as well. They are top notch.
