Jules, Kiran and Shawn were so professional during my Unlawful Detainer (UD) against a difficult tenant. The team was very responsive and always kept me informed each step of the way. They moved as quickly as possible to get to the final judgement. Real Estate Law were great to work with. They helped me to negotiate a lease and avoid another predatory and toxic least from a commercial landlord. This team is very experienced in real estate leases. I highly recommend them.
Really appreciated all of the work that Shawn and Kiran did for us. We only wish that we had contacted them earlier than trying to solve this on our own.
