I’m honestly so angry and disappointed that they don’t offer in-class continuing education anymore everything is online now, and I hate it. It’s boring, monotonous, and feels like checking a box instead of actually learning anything. Going to class used to be fun and valuable, you could network with other brokers, ask real questions, hear real world examples from the instructors and attorneys, and actually engage in discussions. Great school! I did the 2 weeks course for a Real Estate License. The tutor and the whole team was very helpful. Got my license in 3 weeks total. Thank you!
The practice tests online don’t really give you a very detailed answer as to why it’s wrong or right. I failed my exam twice now and every time I call for help they insist on rereading the whole book and all practice test which I did twice already and still failed. The content they provide is not very easy to understand for someone that is new to real estate. Overall I’m not super happy about paying for this course since now I am trying to spend money on other books other than what this place provided since it’s clearly not ... read more
Online course was terrible, material was outdated and not a friendly user experience. I do not recommended it to anyone trying to go the online route.
