Even one Star is too much for their service. I wish I could select no star. Worse customer service ever. They don't answer your basic questions and instead trying to cover up for their mistakes. Unfortunately, I used them twice and had bad experience both times. There was some unclear items in their invoice and the way they calculated certain charges. We worked with them for closing of a house we bought in the summer. The WORST service ever: -Not answering their phones -Not calling back when you leave a message -Responding late to your emails, even if urgent -No explanation about anything -Not providing ANY answers to your questions -Doing everything LAST minute and putting you under so much pressure and stress -Not caring about your concerns -AND FINALLY: They wrote my date of birth WRONG in the closing documents and when I told them they declined to correct it.
