My experience with this company was absolutely terrible—a complete nightmare. I truly regret not reading the reviews beforehand. When I initially called, I was quoted a seemingly fair rate of $139 per hour. However, they failed to disclose several hidden fees: $171 for mileage, $20 for a mattress cover, and other unexpected charges. The movers arrived at 9:00 AM. i had an incredible experience with Real Deal! Dane, Marcus, and Eddy were professional and efficient. i had a lot of antique furniture and it was very well cared for. i will absolutely be recommending the company and team to anyone looking for movers.
We had a great experience with Real Deal Van Lines. Marcus, Malik and Oz were very professional, efficient and also amusing! Even though it was late Saturday afternoon they just kept moving and didn’t stop until they were done. They showed up on time and called to let us know when they would be there. I would highly recommend these movers.
They were so very helpful !! Made the day fly everything is where it’s supposed to go!! It was amazing having theses guys move us!!
