This was my second time using the service and it has dramatically gone down hill! Communication about appointments is abysmal or non existent. The movers did not reach half the efficiency of the previous movers. I had to step in and help them move furniture. They did not hit the 3 hour minimum and complained about being tired and not wanting to complete the move. This was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience. Moving day went perfectly. I can't say enough about the office staff and my two movers Manny and Marcus. Great job!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Real Deal Van Lines moving company. Not only did they damage several of my items during the move, but they also failed to bring the appropriately sized truck for the job. As a result, several of my belongings were left behind, and we had to take the time and effort to move them ourselves later on. Do NOT use this company. They had us pay $400 over what was quoted, couldn’t finish the job to get our couches upstairs, and never returned our calls or messages. The movers themselves were nice, but definitely not that quick or professional.
Jeremy and Rusty were both very efficient and very professional. They disassembled and reassembled. They called in advance. They were on time. They worked in an orderly fashion. Anna at the office is very professional and worked with me, diligently. I appreciate you, all! I strongly recommend Real Deal Van Lines moving company.
