Purchased a tomahawk steak from here. It was a to 3 steak of all time. Absolutely fantastic, we smoked it for 3 hours on an offset smoker and WOW it was perfect. I put W sauce and steak seasoning the night before to marinate, but the quality of the need stood out. Would highly recommend for the quality of the beef, see the finished product and it's better than the picture. Will definitely be returning for more.
Placed an order for smoked brisket, picked it up today and came home and it was bone dry. Completely overcooked, using a sharp knife it took too much effort to cut it. No juice anywhere, the meat was so dry it was flaking when you stick it with a fork. I very much so want to support locally owned business but this was a complete waste of $40.
