Placed an order for smoked brisket, picked it up today and came home and it was bone dry. Completely overcooked, using a sharp knife it took too much effort to cut it. No juice anywhere, the meat was so dry it was flaking when you stick it with a fork. I very much so want to support locally owned business but this was a complete waste of $40. Got a custom cut sirloin tip roast for rotisserie on the BBQ. Was the best beef I have had in years. Absolute perfection!
I have gone there 3 times for there beef jerky and turkey jerky. They have all been good except for the turkey jerky, the last package I got was extremely dried out it ripe my gum open. Will really have to watch what I'm buying there. They are all pretty packaged there. Taste is good. We also tried there flank steak that was very good
Amazing place. Will be coming more often. Got a pig for a company pig roast that was delicious and some pre cooked burgers for a staff meeting. Was impressed with the quality of both
When the price is the same as every grocery store and chain it is not a real deal. After tasting the cooked sirloin I have to say your quality is very good, unfortunately your retort and unprecedented response has left my first trip to your business as my only visit.
