I would give them a -0 absolutely horrible horrible customer service, first they quoted me 350.00 to just leave there shop, then the morning there going to come out they call and tell me that there’s another 250.00 service charge so now we’re up to 550.00 and the haven’t even come out to look and see what’s wrong, I lost it at that time, ask what the hell kind of SCAM are there trying to pull, he said I’ll call you right back, 1/2 hour later he called back and 350.00 I said fine, comes out pulls up and parks in the middle of... read more

I have contacted their customer service by email 3x. 1 reply "bring blind in for warranty" no reply on how to remove blind. You need to do better.
