Disappointing. Poor customer service. I called and spoke with the receptionist, and they said new clients need to talk to the owner. I was forwarded to their voice-mail. They called me back later that day, said call back in a week and we'll try to fit you in. I called back the next week as they asked, spoke to the same receptionist, who forwarded to the same voice-mail for the owner....and nothing. I had used Reagan as my accounting firm for several years. I was always satisfied and things were filed on time, until my 2016 taxes were due. They had initially filed me an extension for 2016 and because they had been reliable before, I left it in their hands. I was unaware of how long the extension was for, I had thought there was no need to, that's what I pay an accounting firm for.
