I’ve been working with Reagan & Company for a few years. For my taxes and matters relating to my small business. Darlene, Deirdre and the rest of the team are professional and responsive. Highly recommend.
Disappointing. Poor customer service. I called and spoke with the receptionist, and they said new clients need to talk to the owner. I was forwarded to their voice-mail. They called me back later that day, said call back in a week and we'll try to fit you in. I called back the next week as they asked, spoke to the same receptionist, who forwarded to the same voice-mail for the owner....and nothing.
