They are not there to help disabled children and their family of your poor. You have to have so much information and all in you name. My insurance is in my dad's name because I don't have the money right now. I adopted a disabled child and it's very difficult. The people were rude and they just repeat the same things. What a horrible thing to do to someone in need. They have drivers that drive dangerously so you can't even do that. I guess there's no help in Oregon for poor people

Awful service!!!! They have “changed policies “ and you will not help me. I am a single mother traveling 8 hours to have my daughter see her neurologist because she is having seizures again. Thanks for nothing.
