I have been using these people since 2010. Since they have changed hands or sold out or what ever...the customer service...AND...the online banking services have taken a nose dive. Up until a year or so ago they were good as gold..no issues e-mailing or phoning in to discuss issues...but as stated now it seems they have dropped off the face of the earth. I even sent a snail mail to request a change of address (my card is nearing re-issue time) their online system seems to work only in making sure they get their monthly fee. ... read more
