I have purchased '2' of the "Simply Soft Smart Touch Hearing Aids" over a 12 to 13 year span and love the hearing aids. I had to buy the second one after the first one wore out after about 10 years. It had been repaired once around the 2nd year (mainly for my lack of proper maintenance) with no issues getting it back on time. Purchased a centrifuge spin station from this company, it broke and I have had issues getting repairs. They kept the unit for a month and then returned it and it was still broken. Their mailbox is full when you try to call, do not purchase anything from this company!
Don’t send anything to this company! They must be it of business! I sent a hearing aid for repair over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them. I’ve called and get answering machine but no reply and same thing with emails! Tracking says it was delivered so I reckon I’ll have to buy a new one!
