Unprofessional, has picked up my appointments just to release them the day of. I took a video of a driver swerving in and out of his lane, reported and have been met with issues on getting a ride through them. Mind you, have no issues with any of the other drives mtm offers. I reported them and have them put on my do not pick me up list due to the childish behavior EDIT: had canceled and rescheduled my appointment on the MTM app just so they would find a new provider.
The drivers are nice but are expected to be at the same towns miles away from each other at the same time!! That is,impossible!,so they have been late to pick me up or even worse they are so late the appointment I need to get to is CANC
Been notified that they are my transportation the day before my appointment only find out the day of my appointment that they it back in and no longer have a ride. And I have screenshots of my notifications. I have no idea why mtm even bothers with them
