10-17-2025 I'm surprised we didn't get pulled over or in an accident. From Mankato to Minneapolis he did about 75 mph. Speed limit is 65. Then we start to hit rush hour traffic slowing down, he constantly sighed loudly, slapped the steering wheel, would look at his phone map then throw his phone in the center console. It was ridiculous. He would have gotten lost if I hadn't helped with directions. AFTER the appointment he cut people off in traffic, got honked at multiple times and yelled at by the same vehicle. Don’t ever use this company. First they told my insurance that they would take my ride and then they cancelled one hour before they were to pick me up. They are a force.
Driver was Lee, he was on time, I had to reschedule 3 times by the 4 time at no fault to them very polite, very patient, very nice and extremely respectful. Have over 4 hours one way. I've rode with this company 2 times now. Both time they got me in with less then 72 hours. They worked with me on accomodations. I was a last minute pick up.
